Candy Cigarettes, dreamcatchr, Colorworks -- Live at Kelly's Olympian, June 21st.

Candy Cigarettes is the one-man band of producer, singer, songwriter, and self taught multi-instrumentalist Lane Mueller. At 24 years old, he's already written hundreds of songs, played live shows, received radio play, lent music to film, and carved a name for himself amongst the elders of Portland's highly proclaimed music scene. Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

dreamcatchr is kicking off their first PNW regional tour in Portland, OR June 21st, on the road with fellow Seattle band, Colorworks. "dreamcatchr boasts unique rock sound on 'Night Terrors EP'. The band'...s sound is unique amongst the current Seattle soundscape, playing with a tone that could be described as a dance-y urban darkness (think echoes of Interpol and the Strokes) ... Definitely one to keep your eyes and ears on." - Northwest Music Scene

Colorworks intuitively indite hyper-melodic pop creations driven by swooning harmonies and sun-chimed guitar orchestration. With shrewd coaction, the quartet features the impressive skills of songwriters and vocal duo Bret Dylan (guitar) and Nick Myette (bass) alongside percussionist Andrew Ginn and guitarist/keyboardist David Easton.

The band has made many elated live new music fans in the NW with its high-voltage shows in support of their 2015 debut Joyla Red EP, looking forward to their upcoming 2016 releases. At their fun and generous shows, their sound is so powerful they add to their ear-popping originals cover medleys featuring the zest of the Zombies, the tonality of the Byrds, and the retro kick of the Kinks.
